Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use wheelplay.net ("WheelPlay", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

WheelPlay provides free online spinning wheels and related tools for entertainment, education and everyday decisions. The tools run in your browser. We may change, add or remove wheels and features at any time.

2. Acceptable use

  • Do not use WheelPlay for betting, gambling or any activity involving money or prizes of value where a licence, certified random number generator or official draw procedure is required by law.
  • Do not use the site to break the law, harass anyone, or put unlawful, hateful or explicit content on a wheel you share or embed.
  • Do not try to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to the site.

3. Your content

Entries, settings and images you add are stored in your own browser. Share links contain your entries in the link itself; anyone you send a link to can see them. You are responsible for what you put on a wheel and what you share.

4. Sharing and embedding

You may share links to wheels and embed wheels on your own website, blog, learning platform or stream with the embed code we provide, as long as the "by WheelPlay" credit link stays visible and you do not present the tool as your own.

5. Results

Results are generated at random by your browser. We do our best to make them fair, but we do not guarantee any particular result, and decisions you make with WheelPlay are your own.

6. Trademarks

WheelPlay is not affiliated with the NBA, NFL, MLB or any team, league or brand named on the site. Their names are used only to identify them, and their trademarks belong to their owners.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

WheelPlay is provided free and "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using or being unable to use the site, including lost data stored in your browser.

8. Privacy

How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Questions: adnanumar2010@gmail.com.
